How long does it take to setup a Knowledge Vault?
Collecting and pointing to those sources requires some preparation on your team’s part. Also, you will likely need to archive any older information that is no longer relevant. This can take anywhere between a day to a couple of weeks, depending on how disparate or spread out your source information is.
Is there a limit on the number of users we can have searching the vault?
No. Any number of users in your workspace can use the Knowledge Vault. However, we recommend you set up a vault by business function as the search types will be relevant for continuous learning, tuning and improvement. We are available to assist you with the setup and onboarding of all teams and users.
Do I need to have the enterprise edition to use the Knowledge Vault?
Yes, Knowledge Vault comes with the enterprise price plan. However, if you are already on the Pro pricing plan, you can pay an additional fee to access the Knowledge Vault.
