Marketing–So much to do! Not enough time.

Marketing never stops—content, strategy, insights, and execution all demand attention, but time is always short. Learn how AI Apps can cut through the chaos, speed up execution, and keep you ahead.

How Pre-built AI Apps Speed Time to Market

Marketers produce content. All day long.  Blogs, articles, slides, emails, enablement decks, charts, plans, etc. All types, serving various needs and use-cases.

Before creating any asset, you need  plans, plus relevant data insights so you know what's working and where to focus and prioritize your precious resources and bandwidth.

There simply aren't enough hours in the day or weeks in the quarter to get it all done. Also, priorities shift, which makes everything more complicated.  Well-laid plans don't often stay that way.

Reduce the human "middleware" bottleneck

You can outsource and hire consulting or agency experts to speed up execution. However, you struggle to get it all done because you need to invest time to get everyone fully aligned, not to mention bringing new team members up to speed. More people are usually not the solution, especially when budgets are tight.

Enter AI Apps

Most of us use an LLM to get fast answers or to kick-start and help to produce a variety of content. Yes, it's a powerful tool that enables teams to execute faster. Everyone loves ChatGPT's simple interface and powerful results.

However, there's a distinct difference between an LLM (take your pick across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) and an AI App that easily guides you to execute a specific task or set of steps quickly and safely.

AI Gets You 90% there. You Execute the last 10%.

Some of us don't trust the LLM to do the entire piece of work. That's actually a good thing to check whether it fits with your needs and expectations. With a human in the loop, you not only creatively determine which processes you want to execute but also review the output and decide how to execute and finalize the last step or action.

Let's take specific examples that you can automate now. Fast and it will save hours of manual work:

AI for All Types of Content Creation

1. Identify What You Need

Determine the type of content needed. This may be an email sequence, a social post, an internal sales battlecard, or blog topics based on competitive keywords. There are numerous ways to get your content asset created. Remember, context is everything.

2. Pick the Right AI App

By selecting a pre-built App, you move a lot faster and see results in minutes or seconds. Make sure you upload the right data-set you want as your source input or a simple cut and paste. For example, if you want to analyze a competitor's website, check all relevant URLs and input data, which is as simple as a cut and paste or add rows in an input field. Then simply select "run," and in minutes, download your result output.

  • There are specific AI Apps highlighted and linked below which you can find inside MarkovML's platform by clicking AI Apps on the menu.

3. Review and Edit

It's always best practice to review the result output. Download the content or summarized output, which can be shared with sales  to use for targeted outbound messaging. With a human-in-the-loop review, you stay on-message and on-brand, making sure everyone stays aligned.

4. Share with Team-members

Select specific AI Apps you want to share for team collaboration. Additionally, schedule AI Apps to run in the future. Perhaps you want to summarize and scrape a specific website that is a partner or a direct competitor. As we know, everything dynamically changes, and you want to stay on top of all updates. Share and don’t worry about it again. Just let it run and do the work for you.

Fast-track Your Product & Strategy Work

The foundation of every product company exists by establishing your GTM strategy. If you're earlier and still figuring out product-market fit, you can get there faster with a deeper understanding of the broad market, players and even how to best position and differentiate, through highly targeted messaging.

By using Agentic AI capabilities, you get up to speed much faster. There's simply not enough hours in the week to comb through all the research reports, white papers and websites. Instead use transcriptions or summarized output and further analysis which gets you there much faster.

Once you achieve product-market fit (PMF) stage as an organization, you then need to find the optimal GTM-fit, so you know exactly where and how to invest the company's resources and learn what’s  engaging prospects and yielding response rates. There's an excellent book and YouTube series on this very topic, that talks about the distinct differences and phases of growth across PMF and GTM-fit.

\Bob Tinker and Tae Hae Nahm of Storm Ventures have done an excellent job explaining this and the related practices to implement, so you progress as effectively as possible. Remember, the steps remain true. It's how you get there that saves time and resources. This is exactly where Agentic AI comes in.

Examples for getting market context and knowledge fast, plus how to create assets that align the whole team...

Rapid Market Insights & Team Alignment: Key Examples

1. Track your closest competitors' news

Staying on top of what the competition is up to on a regular basis is difficult. You need a "feed" of updates. AI Agents do the work by scraping other websites including any news feeds and will even tell you the overall sentiment of the news media updates.

2. Select Optimal SEO Keywords

Use AI to regularly scan competitor sites that gets you a deeper understanding and the ability to find any gaps in your SEO strategy and plans. Once you narrow-down the most important keywords and topic clusters, you can leverage other tools such as SEMrush or AHrefs.  Use MarkovML's fast data insights to hone in on the highest priority and best-fit keywords that will drive ideal prospects to you.

3. ICP Fit and Market-fit

Every product marketer needs to determine the best fit customer but this is often an experimental exercise that can take many cycles to understand. By reviewing target account customers, you understand their business models, recent news updates, financial health, especially if public and you can use this context to improve your reach and ultimately PMF.

4. Battle cards for ongoing sales enablement

By summarizing your competition and other market players, you achieve an amazing kick-start on creating valuable battle cards for sales. Ongoing updates and sales enablement sessions run smoothly as you have real-time access to updates that ultimately improve your chances of winning.

Jump in and bring your creative self

The power of Agentic AI comes when you bring your creative ideas and of course know exactly what jobs you need to get done. There’s a wide range of AI Apps pre-built so we recommend starting with those and seeing fast results.

As you get more comfortable and familiar with how a workflow works, you can then build your own automations and we have templates that will guide you through each step.
